Jenifer Franklin is a coach dedicated to helping business owners increase their happiness and their profits. With over 30 years of experience as a business owner, an executive, a manager, a lean process improvement consultant and a leadership and organization development consultant, she excels at empowering individuals to thrive in their work.
"Being a small business owner was by far the most challenging experience I ever had. What I know now is that I made it so much harder on myself than it needed to be! I was usually exhausted, sometimes elated, frequently scared, and rarely at peace."
If this sounds familiar, Jenifer can help.
"Higher profits don't solve every business challenge. Indeed, financial prosperity brings new ones! But the new challenges are, as they say, good ones to have."
Jenifer is a small business owner who understands the challenges entrepreneurs face. Her passion for working with small and medium sized businesses stems from her own experience as the owner of KaBloom of Mill Creek, a franchised floral business located in a high-end lifestyle center in a Seattle suburb.
Today, Jenifer helps other business owners tackle their highest stressors:
Lack of money - I will help you find untapped profits in your business without spending any additional money on marketing or advertising.
Lack of time - I will help you focus on the 20% of tasks that drive 80% of your profits.
Isolation - I will be a business partner, a sounding board, a champion, a knowledge source and a support for non-reactive decision-making.
Hiring, training and retaining great staff - I will help you avoid the pain of a poor-performing employee.
Finding and nurturing devoted customers - I will help you reach more customers and make them the greatest marketers of your business.
